Teachers all over the world use Google Forms to test their students on a wide range of topics, both in and out of the classroom. When you work from home, you may wonder how you could cheat on Google Forms and if your teacher would find out.
Google Drive is adding a new Activity dashboard that shows the history of file views. This is meant to make it easier for people to work together. This month, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides will start getting an update that will make it easier to follow up. The feature, which is called the “Activity dashboard” in this case, lets G Suite administrators change the data that is shown.
Google Drive makes it easy to share files with other people, but can you also see who has looked at your own files? If you want to see who has access to your files or who might be looking at them without your permission, you can look at the list of users who have that access right away.
You can keep an eye on what people upload to Google Drive by using the Data Viewer or by running reports. When the rules for tagging are set up, you only need to add the “Tag” column and filter its contents so that the Google Drive Upload tag is included.
Sign out of your Google Account to read or change the Google Docs document without anyone knowing who you are. Then, to open it, paste the link you just copied into your browser. Google Docs won’t know who you are because you haven’t signed in.
